Breeder Compliance
Our organisation is a breed club which holds a registry and oversees breeding practices, ensuring that breeders are compliant with all Codes of Ethics. As part of these Code of Ethics, our breeders must also comply with the appropriate legislation in their State pertaining to the keeping, breeding and selling of animals.
There are several Approved Organisations, giving breeders allowances to keep and breed dogs in accordance with their relevant State legislation. Local councils require breeders to be registered with an approved organisation who oversee legislative compliance.
If you are considering getting into breeding, it's important to understand and comply with your State's relevant legislation. Local councils require breeders to be members of an Approved Organisation. We can provide more information on this to anyone interested in registering as a breeder.
